Relicts underwater. That is, the new frontiers of tourism in Calabria, where historical and naturalistic patterns mingle. On Saturday, February the 24th 2007, scuba world champion Gianluca Genoni and three more tourist divers went diving into the Calabrian coast which is closest to the Straits of Messina up to a 40 m depth, and eventually told their adventure to an audience of reporters and field operators during the 2007 edition of Bit Fair of Milan: a definitely charming "hunt".
Calabria patron St. Francis of Paola died on April 2 1507. He is worshipped all over the world and seamen consider him as a ministering angel. Over time, devotion toward this saint has been spreading all over the world, penetrating the heart and soul of people who prey him with humble simpleness. He is a special Calabrian Saint. Between 1453 and 1464 he founded several convents.
